Well if you convert the 2 feet and 9 inches into inches then you get 33 inches. Multiply that by 4 to get the 4 sides. Then divide that by 12 to get it back into feet. You will get 11 feet.

It is a square tabletop meaning that each side is 2'9" or 24"+9"=33"
Since there are fours sides, the total length is four times the side lengths...
4*33"=132"
132"(1'/12")=11'
So the answer is 11 feet.
